Eric Gordon
President
Originally from Westchester County, New York, Eric has immersed himself in the world of high net worth insurance since graduating from the University of Colorado in 1992. After joining Denver Agency in 1994 to specialize in personal risk management strategies, he became one of the firm’s three partners in 2001. Eric is a graduate of the Wharton CAPI class, has attended numerous sessions of the Chubb Advanced Producer School, and sits on the Chubb Personal Insurance Executive Roundtable. As an agency principal, Eric has infused the high-touch, service-focused attitudes of the hospitality industry into everything the agency does. This transformational approach has garnered much attention within an industry traditionally resistant to change. Eric lives with his wife, two boys, and two labradoodles in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado.
Chip McKeever
Managing Partner
At the age of four, Chip’s family moved to Colorado where he instantly fell in love with skiing and the outdoors – now sharing that passion with his wife and two kids. During his active childhood, he formed lasting friendships with many of Denver’s current civic leaders. He joined Denver Agency in 2003 and quickly became a leader on the personal insurance team.
Katy Hyman Roth
Vice President
Katy continued her family legacy and joined Denver Agency in 2002 after graduating from the University of Kansas. Well aware that “one size does not fit all,” she works diligently to structure individualized plans for her personal clients as well as her commercial clients. She is known for her long lasting relationships, technical expertise and commitment to service. Her professional designations include Certified Insurance Counselor and a Wharton CAPI graduate. She is the proud mother of two boys and one puppy, who provide continuous education regarding risk-benefit analysis. Katy is an active member of her community, and as a foodie, she loves to explore the restaurant scene.
Michelle Tremblay
Chief Marketing Officer
Michelle is a bona fide left brain/right brain thinker who brings both logic and creativity to everything she undertakes. In the summer, she loves going to outdoor music festivals with her husband and young daughter and in winter, you’ll find her on the slopes. She has an MBA from The University of Michigan, a BFA from The School of Visual Arts in Graphic Design, and a BA from Syracuse University in Accounting.
Jenny Freeman
Account Executive
Jenny earned her Bachelors of Science degree from Tulane University in 1992 and her Master’s in Business Administration from Regis University in 2007. She currently has her CISR (Certified Insurance Services Representative) designation , her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation and is currently in the process of obtaining her CPRM (Certified Personal Risk Manager). Jenny has been in the insurance industry since 1992 and joined the Denver Agency in 2005. She has experience in all lines of insurance including personal, commercial and health & life, but has specialized in the personal lines sector for the majority of her career. As personal lines manager she oversees the other account executives while also managing a book of business, which is highly focused on successful families. She co-parents an adopted dog with her parents and she spends a lot of time in Vegas, even living there for work at one point.
Linda Wagner
Account Executive
Linda started her insurance career in 1981, and is proud to say she’s been a team member at Denver Agency since then. Her success is a result of her friendly, upbeat, and hospitable personality. From large successful businesses and commercial building portfolios, to family owned establishments, Linda has the experience to assist with your insurance needs. As a Colorado native, she enjoys being outdoors, gardening, volunteering for a goat rescue, and spending time with her husband, kids and grandkids.
Emily McArt
Account Executive
Emily has been at Denver Agency for 10 years, prior to that she worked directly with London brokers on placing a variety of high net worth risks. She has valuable experience in the excess and surplus lines markets. Emily earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University in 2003. She currently has her CISR (Certified Insurance Services Representative) designation. Emily has a passion for the mountains, hiking, skiing and travel. She has been to Croatia, England, Jamaica, Mexico and Thailand all in the last 5 years.
Leanna Behnke
Director of Operations & Sales
Leanna is a Colorado native who grew up in a small mountain town where she met her husband Christopher. She studied Psychology and Biology while beginning a career in luxury retail and fashion. Leanna joined the Denver Agency in 2016 and leads sales and development for the agency. When she’s not crafting new client proposals she can be found enjoying a glass of bubbly or walking her dog, Gus around lodo.
Stephen Prejean
Director of Accounting & HR
Beginning as accounting coordinator, Stephen has been part of Denver Agency since January’19. Before dominating financials, he was conducting antiterrorism operations with the US Navy in Italy. Bringing discipline, accuracy, and a “pinch of salt” to the private sector, he has embraced Denver Agency’s culture of tailored experiences for high net worth clientele above the standard of “traditional insurance”. Stephen is an avid sports fan, and enjoys forging new paths in the mountains. He has been to over a dozen foreign countries and learned to speak Italian while abroad.
Natalia Morimitsu
Account Executive
Natalia began her insurance career in 2014 upon graduating from Florida State University. She joined Denver Agency to build meaningful relationships and is dedicated to providing the excellent hospitality and insurance knowledge. Personally, Natalia takes pride in her Colombian and Japanese heritage and loves to explore the outdoors with her husband and two dogs.
Kenji Sterr
Personal Insurance Advisor
Kenji grew up in the Midwest, even going so far as to attend the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. And while the region would undoubtedly like to lay claim for inspiring Kenji’s passion for travel and stylish living, he suspects the half decade spent teaching English overseas may have been more formative. Kenji brings years of high net worth insurance expertise with him from Chubb, where he focused on partnership development within the HNW space. He and his wife reside in Denver with their two children.
Tierney Aldridge
Personal Insurance Advisor
A Hoosier by birth and Boilermaker by choice, Tierney discovered her excitement for high net worth insurance while attending Purdue University, where she received the esteemed position of Purdue’s Golden Girl. A national champion baton twirler, Tierney traveled internationally representing the USA. As an integral part of Denver Agency since 2012, Tierney is a graduate of the AIG Private Client Group Advanced University and has attended multiple sessions of the Chubb Advanced Producer School. An involved member of the community, Tierney is the vice chair of the Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, and active in the DCPA Alliance and Girls Leadership. She lives with her husband and adorable cats in Parker, Colorado, and enjoys skiing, cycling, and yoga.
Jared Jasany
Claims and Projects Manager
Jared was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio before moving to Denver three years ago. He attended the University of Cincinnati where he received a degree in Criminal Justice and is currently working on a Masters in Finance and Accounting. Before coming to Denver Agency Jared gained experience in claims involving personal auto, credit fraud and various commercial lines. He’s overly passionate about Cleveland sports and enjoys taking weekend trips to explore the country.

Amy Hagen
Account Manager
Amy’s passion for meaningful relationships can be attributed to her mid-west values. Raised in the suburbs of Minneapolis, MN, where she started her insurance career in 2011. Now a resident of CO, she continues to learn and expand her knowledge in the insurance industry. You can find Amy hiking and camping with her chocolate Labrador, Rubi on any given weekend. She also spends time spoiling her 3 nieces, playing golf, and watching hockey (cheering for both MN & CO).
Anne Oefelein
Account Manager
Prior to living in Denver, Anne worked at a large insurance broker in St. Louis, MO, where she began to cheer for her beloved St Louis. Cardinals and Blues. She and her Labrador, Layla, moved to Denver in January of 2017 where she joined the Denver Agency team. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her clients while providing them the superior level of service that is expected from the Denver Agency. You can find her skiing, hiking with her dog.
Annie Blevins
Account Manager
Annie acquired her BS in Marketing at Lindenwood University. Following graduation, she climbed the ranks in the corporate travel industry, jetting around the world from Asia to South America. She developed an appreciation for a luxurious lifestyle in calling the most beautiful hotels around the world her temporary home. Annie’s Midwest roots and knowledge of opulence allowed her to transition smoothly into high net worth insurance. In her free time, Annie has a passion for cultured cuisine and any adventure involving the mountains.
Brandie Robinson
Account Executive
Originally from Colorado, now living in Arizona for 5 years. Brandie began her insurance career in 2001 working for her father’s insurance agency. With over 20 years of experience in both personal and business insurance, Brandie’s understands the importance of providing clients with a high level of expertise. For over 10 years, her primary focus has been on business insurance, helping clients find insurance plans that fits their business and meets all of their concerns. She received her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation in 2015. Personally, Brandie enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her two children and her dog.
Brooke Comstock
Account Manager
After moving to Colorado from Boise, Idaho, Brooke loves to explore Denver and find many reasons to call it her home. She studied Business and Hospitality Management and began her career working in luxury hospitality and managing restaurants in Beverly Hills and Denver. She is keen on bringing her service-first mindset into the world of insurance. Brooke grew up enjoying an active lifestyle and was an avid figure skater throughout her childhood and on her collegiate team at the University of Denver. In her spare time, you can find her hiking in the mountains, running the Cherry Creek trail, and exploring Denver’s awesome restaurants.
Christy Fields
Account Executive
Christy Fields has been an account executive at Denver Agency since July 2012. She specializes in Commercial Insurance and has 23 years of experience providing personalized service to a wide variety of businesses, including financial advisors, technology companies, lawyers, manufacturers, non-profits and small ventures alike. Before joining Denver Agency, Christy worked for a few successful agencies focusing on medium and large size accounts. There she gained valuable experience customizing insurance coverage to meet a business’s specific needs in a largely “one size fits all” industry. When she is not cheering on her daughter’s club volleyball team, she looks forward to spending time in her garden and in the Colorado mountains. Christy enjoys spending time with her husband, son and daughter.
Dena Wolfe
Account Executive
Dena has been employed with Denver Agency since 1987. She specializes in commercial insurance and also holds a CIC designation (Certified Insurance Counselor). Dena has built good relationships with large number of customers over the years, and looks forward to working with them every day. Dena enjoys spending time with her husband and dogs, as well as her daughter and grandsons. She loves the outdoors and traveling to tropical destinations.
Erika Schneeberger
Account Manager
Erika comes to us from Detroit, where she lived after she graduated from Michigan State University. Her experience in the automotive industry has given her an in-depth understanding of the value in one’s possessions and the touchpoints that enhance a memorable experience. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the latest restaurants in town after spending a day on the lake. Erika’s enthusiasm shows for sporting events, concerts and anything that brings people of a commonality together.
Hannah Muffly
Account Executive
Hannah Muffly began working at Denver Agency in January 2014, starting as a processor and working her way up to an Account Manager specializing in Commercial Insurance. Her high attention to detail and problem solving skills have helped propel her advancement in the insurance industry. You can find Hannah playing with her two dogs, or wandering around Target in her downtime. Insurance runs in her blood as both her mother and aunt have been in the insurance industry for 30+ years.
Joanne Tiemann
Billing Specialist
Joanne has 19 years’ experience in Commercial Insurance. She has been with the Denver Agency since 2005. Currently she handles all billing. Joanne is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters and one very energetic puppy. Her favorite place on earth is Disney World, but dreams of going to Scotland and Germany. Joanne loves to read, cook, fish and take long walks with her husband.
John Jenkins
Account Associate
John comes to the Denver Agency after a decade of working in luxury travel and hospitality. John is meticulous with the details – from managing hotel operations to ensuring insurance policies are comprehensive and complete. He is excited to bring his perspective and experience of high-net-worth fields to the insurance world. John enjoys talking with clients to learn more about them and how to best address their insurance needs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in the mountains and exploring the ever growing food scene of Denver. He has been known to be an adventure-seeker and has skydived and run the NYC marathon.
Kim Upton
Account Executive
Kim is as close to an Arizona native as you will meet having moved there when she was 10. She joined the agency in 2019 bringing with her 12 years of experience in the affluent market. While relaxing she can be found reading a book, enjoying a glass of red wine by her pool or just hanging out with her husband of 20 years, their daughter and 2 dogs. A perfect day is one where I have been able to help others.
Laura Maes
Account Executive
Laura started her insurance career on the carrier side and had the good fortune to join Denver Agency in 1991, where she’s had the opportunity to grow and expand her insurance knowledge. Commercial Insurance is her specialty, and handling her customers like they’re family is where she excels. The acronym AANP fits her well. Give her a call to find out what this means. A sixth generation Colorado native, Laura relaxes by being creative in the fiber arts.
Lauren Wilson
Account Executive
Lauren joined the Denver Agency in October 2015. She brings 30+ years of knowledge and enjoys being a mentor. She holds CIC and CPRM designations. She handles a large diverse book of business. In her free time, Lauren loves to spend time at the lake with her husband and 4 dogs and spending time with her granddaughters.
Lia Giannosa
Accounting Auxillary Specialist
Lia Giannosa joined the Denver Agency in February 2019. After working in different hospitality industries, she is excited to learn the ins and outs of the insurance world! When she’s not offering outstanding customer service to all the clients, Lia enjoys spending time with her twin nephews and her family. She has lived in Denver for over ten years and loves taking her poodle-mix on hikes and long walks.

As a longtime expert in client relations, Missy excels at delivering thoughtful, individualized service. Before moving to Colorado in 2007, she grew up in Southern California and attended San Diego State University. Missy enjoys experiencing new adventures with her husband and two children, whether it’s a weekend in the mountains or fun on the beach in Puerto Vallarta.
